Let us say a community of ten thousand ethnics moved in from a third world, war torn or developing country, marketed by socialists, left wing liberals and the minority ombudsman as an incredible resource of skill and untapped talent, let us imagine the glowing headlines of a major newspaper describing how each arrival is a golden egg for their new host country, saving hundreds of thousands by their mere existence.
Let us say only 500 or 1000 of the new ethnic minority would end up working (and therefore irrefutably paying taxes, unless they can machinate a system which is capable of funneling the income out of country), and of those the vast majority at jobs and positions specially created to cater to the needs of the new community, as interpreters and members of various bureucratic boards and councils of integration, naturally all funded by the city, the community, the tax payers.
Let us say they would fail to integrate, either by their own conduct or the failure of the socialist system to integrate them despite the frothinig-from-the-mouth hype of this new incredible resource of talent, they woulf fail to learn the language thus remaining unemployable but for only the forementioned work catering their own community, would fail to learn or value the local culture and develop only a limited sense of the new custom and law they should abide to, all with the unlimited support of the sensibilities of multiculturalism where each and every culture and behavour pattern is to be protected as a unique diamond, instead they would continue to live much like they did in their former host nation, that is, a war torn third world field of corpses and sand. Furthermore let us say their young adult males commited more than 100 times more crime then their indeginous counterparts (which, when their conduct is not challenged in any manner nor by any authority, should not surprise anyone expect for possibly the sociologist and the minority ombudsman and the immigration minister) and that they would bring along a massive new drug trade, and that they would keep their women locked up from work or education.
Let us say the natives living close to them would observe all of this and become resentful. Let us say even racism would rear it's ugly head because of the resentment felt by the natives who view the new community, devoid of any good experiences, firstly as a repugnant lie from the social workers who so highly touted their arrival as the new source of power and income that will benefit all, second, as members of a vastly different culture and a huge public sink of resources, every euro and dollar which could have supported their own relatives, their our own children, their own elderly, unemployed and poor first. Since is it not true there is only a certain amount of funding that can be spent for such social work and benefits before it runs out, and as sad as it is, it cannot be increased and increased without any limit before there are new tax payers to provide new funds.
What would you make of this? Insanity or undoubtedly a resounding victory for multiculturalism in all its glory?
